Relax. We have you covered. Every product we sell is backed by a manufacturer’s parts warranty. Your local Savaria Home Access expert may also offer additional coverage.

To help extend the life of your Savaria product, always follow the recommended maintenance schedule in your Owner’s Manual, and always have service and repair work done by a trained and authorized Savaria Home Access dealer. Do-it-yourself repairs may void your warranty.

Please note that units installed outdoors and exposed to the elements will require more frequent maintenance for optimal performance.

For Savaria branded stairlifts, we offer a 36-month manufacturer’s parts warranty.

For Handicare branded stairlifts, we offer a 24-month manufacturer’s parts warranty and limited lifetime warranty on the powertrain.

Wheelchair lift warranty

We offer a 36-month manufacturer’s parts warranty on all Savaria wheelchair lifts.

Home elevator warranty

Every Savaria home elevator comes with a 36-month manufacturer’s parts warranty.

Through-the-floor lift warranty

Our 36-month manufacturer’s parts warranty is standard on our through-the-floor home lifts.

In-home patient care products warranty

Our Savaria branded patient care products come with our standard 36-month manufacturer’s parts warranty.

Our Handicare branded patient care products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of installation.
